Supreme Court Nixes South Carolina’s Lifelong Sex Offender Registry

According to Meg Kinnard, Associated Press: “South Carolina’s Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that a state law requiring sex offenders to register for life, without prior judicial review, is unconstitutional.”
